Ashley Ong

Ashley, formerly with Meta (Facebook) and Google Malaysia, now leads a full-service marketing and training firm helping businesses grow with proven digital marketing strategies. She is a certified Meta Blueprint Trainer, Google Ads Trainer, and HRD Corp Trainer, with dual expertise in digital marketing and business development. Her specialties include digital funnels, lead generation, hyper-conversion strategies, Google Ads, Facebook and YouTube marketing, and conversion optimisation. Ashley has consulted multinational companies across industries like education, property, retail, health, and entertainment. She holds a degree in E-Commerce and Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and is passionate about making digital marketing accessible to all.

Desmond Lee

Desmond Lee is a seasoned software developer, educator, and community leader with over 15 years of training experience and 10 years in software development. He is the one who initiatives promoting AI and digital skills among students and professionals in Malaysia and Singapore. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer and HRDC-certified instructor, Desmond has designed and conducted programs on AI, programming, and digital tools for a wide range of learners. He currently leads D.E.W. Technology, delivering consultancy and upskilling projects for education and enterprise clients. His teaching experience spans institutions like Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Institute of Management, and New Horizons Training Center, where he developed customized IT curricula and mentored students. Previously, he worked on full-stack enterprise systems and demos with Microsoft’s Premier Partner Team.
