One of the first things a visitor to a Facebook profile sees is the "About" section. Make sure you entered complete and detailed information about your business such as


  • Description about your business (try to include 3-5 keywords)
  • Page categories (only can add up to 3)
  • Contact number, location
  • Email address & website address
  • Opening hours
  • Link to other social profiles

Timing is crucial when using social media sites and posting content. This is why it's recommended to schedule your Facebook postings. Scheduling your Facebook posts will greatly increase the effectiveness of managing a social media content calendar. Your brand may benefit from scheduling posts if it wants to stay consistent and stick to the publishing schedules you establish.

To schedule a post in a new page experience:

  • Click your Page's profile picture in the top right, then click Meta Business Suite > Planner in the left menu > Schedule > select Schedule post from the menu.
  • Select the date and time when you want the post to publish. You can also select a recommended time below Active times.
  • Click Save in the bottom right.
  • Create your post.
  • Click Schedule post in the bottom right.

You can schedule posts to publish in 20 minutes up to 75 days away.

  • To schedule a post in a classic page:
  • From your Feed, click  Pages in the left menu.
  • Go to your Page > Publishing tools in the left column > Create post in the top right > Create your post > Schedule to the right of Scheduling options.
  • Select the date and time when you want the post to publish.
  • Click Schedule in the bottom right.

4. Events

Promoting an event requires visual communication. Yes, an appealing poster will encourage viewers to sign up and, even better, to invite their friends and family.

Include all the information about the event, address, date & time etc. 

The images you use should be captivating and relevant. For corporate events, include your logo, brand colours, and language that helps highlight the event's goal. 

5. Facebook page insights


The Insights dashboard includes metrics such as page views, post reach, engagement, and follower growth. It also includes demographic data, such as age, gender, location, and language.

This information helps businesses understand who their audience is and how they engage with their content.
