She has worked with multinational brands across education, property, retail, health, and entertainment. Ashley holds a degree in E-Commerce and Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and is passionate about making digital marketing easy and accessible for everyone.

Desmond Lee is a seasoned software developer, educator, and community leader with over 15 years of training experience and 10 years in software development. He champions AI and digital skills education across Malaysia and Singapore.

A Microsoft Certified Trainer and HRDC-certified instructor, Desmond has designed and delivered programmes on AI, coding, and digital tools for students and professionals alike. He currently leads D.E.W. Technology, providing consultancy and upskilling solutions for schools and businesses.

His teaching experience includes institutions such as Republic Polytechnic, SIM, and New Horizons, where he built tailored IT curricula and mentored learners. Earlier in his career, he developed full-stack enterprise systems and tech demos with Microsoft’s Premier Partner Team.

Koh How Tze

Koh How Tze is a seasoned technology strategist and futurist with over 25 years of experience in ICT, retail, and media. Navitha Nava Vinoba

Navitha Nava Vinoba is a digital marketing trainer and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer in Malaysia with over 15 years of experience in the education and training industry. As a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), Ireland, she specialises in delivering practical, hands-on digital marketing programmes designed to equip learners with actual day to day skills.

Her expertise covers social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital campaign planning, content creation and conversion-focused marketing strategies. She has led digital marketing initiatives for TVET institutions, higher education providers, and training organisations, managing lead generation campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads while developing marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Wenddi is a HRD Corp Certified Trainer specializing in Corporate Brand Image Management, Business Etiquette and Executive Personal Branding Strategy. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Media from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and further professional certification in Image Management from Singapore. With a strong foundation in communication strategy and corporate positioning, she integrates brand alignment methodology into practical workplace training. 

With over 1,000 hours of personalized brand consultation and more than 180 corporate talks and workshops conducted, Wenddi has delivered internal training programs for 40 organizations across government agencies, telecommunication companies, banks, law firms, retail chains and manufacturing sectors.
