If you have been contributing to the HRDF fund without claiming for any staff training, your un-utilised levy will be forfeited within 2 years effective from 1 January 2020!
HRDF wants to encourage employers to consistently send their staff for training to improve their skills and knowledge, hence they have revised it to 2 years from the original 5 years previously*. You should have a quick chat with your HR department and ask them if they know about this latest development.
