Mr Johnson Lai as a Facebook Blueprint Certified Lead Trainer as well as a Facebook Blueprint Certified Media Buying Professional after passing Facebook's Certified Professional exam. There are only a handful of individuals to have attained the status of Facebook Certified Trainer in Malaysia.
In fact, he is the first Facebook Certified Trainer in Johor Bahru to have attained this badge!
The journey to be a Facebook Certified Lead Trainer involves passing the relevant examinations, followed by undergoing an intensive 2-day workshop to help an individual become the best-in-class Facebook trainer and facilitator.
Upon successfully completing the workshop, individuals will still need to pass an evaluation administered by a Master Trainer before receiving a trainer badge.

So, what is Facebook Blueprint?
Blueprint is Facebook’s global education program for digital advertising professionals. The Blueprint Trainer Network badge holder is a valued partner who delivers training to people within their respective communities, covering Facebook’s advertising products across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
This badge indicates a candidate has successfully completed an in-depth Facebook training workshop. This rigorous, hands-on workshop focuses on training and facilitation skills to empower trainers to help develop the skills of others within their respective communities.
Badged candidates can deliver training on Facebook’s ads products to various groups, including (but not limited to): small businesses, private and public sectors, nonprofits, and marketers.
Participants completed a two-day course that covered training and facilitation skills. As part of this course they have demonstrated their ability to deliver and facilitate a Facebook training based on strict criteria determined by Facebook Blueprint.

This certification is important as it ensures that our trainers have complete knowledge and all the concepts as well as practical uses of the digital advertising tools available in Facebook's ad platform.
